On February 6, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan 563 on organizing the collection of People's opinions on the draft Land Law (amended).

The organization of collecting opinions to implement Resolution No. 671/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated December 23, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly; Resolution No. 170/NQ-CP dated December 31, 2022 of the Government on organizing the collection of People's opinions on the draft Land Law (amended). Contents of opinion collection according to the entire draft Land Law (amended); on some key issues of the draft Law, including: Land use planning; land recovery and compensation, support and resettlement policies;...

Opinions for the draft Land Law (revised) will be collected from people from February 5, 2023 to March 15, 2023.
