On December 7th, the Vietnam Union of Cooperatives in collaboration with the Ministry of Planning and Investment held an online conference to summarize the 20 years of implementing Resolution No. 13-NQ/TW on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy and 10 years of implementation of the Law on Cooperatives (Cooperatives) in 2012 in the field of non-agriculture.
